More than a mural.
It’s not about the art, it is about the people who create it! The mural itself is intentionally simple and abstract so that it can be a platform for a powerful message. This is about more than just creating a mural, it is about creating an opportunity to unite the community under one message and providing a platform to work together.
To promote awareness of Portland, Oregon and our Great Nation’s dark history of racism as well as provide opportunities to unite humanity.
To unify and empower all colors, cultures, and creeds by creating a mural serving as a beacon of hope and call-to-action to end racism in America.
We want to help create a world where people live in harmony and with love and respect for each other. The future can be bright.
WHAT is an nft?
Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are digital assets that represent physical or real-world objects like art, music, game items, and videos. Non-fungible means the item is unable to be replaced by another identical item, which makes each individual NFT unique.
NFTs are built using the same kind of programming as cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, which means each one exists on a blockchain and has a distributed public record of transactions. The NFT gets created and/or “minted” from digital objects that represent both tangible and intangible items, including:
- Video and Sports Highlights
- Virtual Avatars and Video Game Skins
- Designer Sneakers
